Many situations can cause this problem. Let's address them one by one based on their difficulty and frequency.

The first scenario. If you are using a home computer, confirm whether the CPU and chipset of your computer are from the seventh generation or earlier. If so, upgrading to a computer from the ninth generation or later will suffice.

The second scenario. Confirm whether the computer system is Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise edition. If not, reinstall it. Ensure that the drivers of the computer system are up to date. If not, update them, and then restart the computer.

The third scenario. For some computers, such as those with an x99 motherboard, the following settings can address the issue of insufficient USB ports.
